| The application form and Prospectus for admission to a degree programme can be obtained by post from the Coordinator Admissions GBPUA& T, Pantnagar by sending a crossed bank draft of Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of PEECRF A/C, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar payable at S.B.I./ U.Co. Bank/PNB, Pantnagar alongwith a request accompanied by 30 x 25 cm size self-addressed stamped envelope bearing postage stamps worth Rs. 19/- by Ordinary Post & Rs. 36/- by Registered Post or on cash payment at the Designated Post Offices by depositing Rs. 200/- + Rs. 40/- as handling charges. List of post offices from where the application form & Prospectus can be had are Almora Postal Division - Almora H.O., Ranikhet H.O., Bageshwar MDG, Dwarahat S.O., Syalde S.O. Chamoli Postal Division - Gopeshwar S.O., Joshimath S.O., Karnprayag S.O., Rudraprayag MDG Dehradun Postal Division - Dehradun GPO, Roorkee H.O., Haridwar MDG, Rishikesh S.O. The Last date for sale of application form and Prospectus at Post Offices & by post from the University is 26.3.2012.

The last date for submission of completed application forms is 03.4.2012. Application if delivered after 03.4.2012 and on or before 11.4.2012 a late fee of Rs.200.00 is payable in addition to prescribed examination fee.

Last date for sale & submission of completed application forms at Admission Cell with a late fee Rs.200.00 in addition to prescribed examination fee is between 04.4.2012 to 11.4.2012.

| 5. The application form duly completed in all respects accompanied with a Fee Deposit challan receipt (enclosed) from State Bank of India. The amount can be deposited in the State Bank of India Account No. 31602568538 directly in any Branch. However, in case there is no SBI Branch, they can deposit the fee through Account Payee Bank Draft in favour of“PEECRF A/C G. B. PANT UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE & TECHNOLOGY, PANTNAGAR” drawn on United Commercial Bank (Code 678) Pantnagar Branch, or Punjab National Bank, Pantnagar (Code 4446) or a University cash receipt for the aforesaid amount, alongwith a unstamped self-addressed envelope supplied with the application form must reach the Coordinator (Admissions), G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar 263145, Uttarakhand before the last date. |
