| A candidate must have: |

Passed Bachelor’s degree examination in any discipline from a recognized institution securing at least 50% marks in aggregate.

Passed at least one paper of Mathematics at Bachelor level Or at Senior Secondary (10 + 2) level.

Appeared in the Entrance Test conducted by Jamia Hamdard.

| Selection procedure |
| An Entrance Test will be conducted. The Entrance Test paper will be based on questions set on the general syllabus of BCA. |

You have to ensure that you fill in all details and complete the entire process at one go. If you leave it midway, you will need to start all over again the next time round.

After you have completed the form and made payment, you will get a unique application ID. Please use this ID in all communications.

You will need to upload your photograph and signature scanned copies in the form.

If you do not have a scanner, You can upload a photo of the same taken via a digi-cam or mobile camera.

If you are unable to upload photograph and signature, please send a copy of the same to the following address.

You will only be able to select courses for which you are eligible basis your profile details and for which the examinations do not clash.

The payment gateway is 100% secure, you will be charged for the application in Indian currency.

Courses marked with a * are subject to approval from statutory body.

For all Indian candidates Application form fee is Rs 500, and for each course preference selected you will be charged Rs. 250 in addition.

For all NRI/ Foreign Nationals / Sponsored candidate applications, the form fee is Rs. 3000 and for each course preference selected you will be charged Rs. 500 in addition.

| Reservation/ Relaxation: |
| Reservation and / or relaxation to various categories of applicants will be available as per the University rules. Jamia Hamdard reserves 50 per cent of the seats for Muslims. Relaxation of 5 per cent in the required percentage of marks for the eligibility will be given to SC / ST candidates provided a copy of certificate from the competent authority is enclosed with the application form. Also additional weightage of 5 per cent of marks obtained in the Entrance Test/ Interview will be given to SC/ST candidates. Candidates will be required to produce original certificate at the time of admission. Weightage in merit is given to internal students, sports persons (National or State level) and Physically Challenged candidates as per University rules. |
